Having stayed in Derby before, I found the calming atmosphere and rejuvenating spa treatments to be a pleasant surprise that made my holiday even more relaxing.

The tiny shared bathroom made me appreciate my own more. Buy some toiletries before arriving. You'll need them.

Super basic stay with a messy shared bathroom. The room was tiny and I had to grab my own toilet paper from a store nearby. The area felt sketchy and a bit unsafe. At £35 a night, I expected way more. On the plus side, they had decent coffee in the morning. Wouldn't recommend this place.

What got me was the tiny shared bathroom. I found myself needing to buy my own toilet paper . This place felt really depressing. I left after just one night. At £35 a night, it felt way overpriced. Not worth the money spent here.

Fast and friendly communication with letting agent. Excellent arrangement for key collection. Facilities and cleanliness overall great. Warm shower was the best.

What a bargain for such great facilities! the room was spotless and we loved having access to the fully equipped kitchen. the location was also really convenient, just a short walk from some great shops and restaurants. Plus, the wifi was super fast which was a bonus.
