The tiny shared bathroom made me appreciate my own more. Buy some toiletries before arriving. You'll need them.

Not great for the price
Super basic stay with a messy shared bathroom. The room was tiny and I had to grab my own toilet paper from a store nearby. The area felt sketchy and a bit unsafe. At £35 a night, I expected way more. On the plus side, they had decent coffee in the morning. Wouldn't recommend this place.

The location felt very rundown, and navigating through the key code entry was a bit cumbersome. The yard was a mess, full of rubble. The bedroom itself was decent but small, which I expected. What got me was the tiny shared bathroom. I found myself needing to buy my own toilet paper . This place felt really depressing. I left after just one night. At £35 a night, it felt way overpriced. Not worth the money spent here.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be more variety.

What a bargain for such great facilities! the room was spotless and we loved having access to the fully equipped kitchen. the location was also really convenient, just a short walk from some great shops and restaurants. Plus, the wifi was super fast which was a bonus.
The neighborhood. We didn't feel the safest walking around at night and there were some questionable characters hanging around outside.

The arrangements for collecting the keys were top-notch, making check-in a breeze. The room was mind-blowing, equipped with jaw-dropping facilities and maintained in impeccable cleanliness. The highlight was the super warm shower that provided the ultimate relaxation after a long day at the festival. The value for money was unbeatable, especially with the unexpected free upgrade to an ensuite room. Communication with the letting agent was fast and friendly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Additionally, having access to a shared kitchen with cookware and utensils was a great convenience, and the inclusion of amenities like Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV added to the overall comfort. The express check-in and check-out process made it feel like a VIP experience. No pets allowed and no smoking on-site ensured a fresh and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a truly satisfying stay.
